By using TakafolSouq you agree to the terms below. Please read them before creating an account, adding a business, or writing a review.
1. About the service
TakafolSouq is an online business directory for North Lebanon (Akkar and the North). We display information about businesses as provided by their own owners, and we are not a party to any dealing between you and a listed business.
2. Accounts
You need an account to add or manage a business. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password confidential. We may suspend any account that breaches these terms.
3. Business listings
By adding a business you confirm that you own it or are authorised to represent it, and that the information and images you upload are accurate and yours to use. All listings are reviewed by our team before publication, and we may reject, edit, or suspend any listing.
4. Disclosure information
Disclosure fields (such as music, shisha, or mixed seating) are self-declared by the business owner. We do not verify them and do not guarantee their accuracy; they are not a certification or religious ruling from us.
5. Reviews and user content
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. Abusive, false, misleading, unlawful, or privacy-violating content is not allowed. We moderate reviews and may remove any breaching content without prior notice.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to breach its security, scrape user data, create fake listings, or abuse the upload and review features.
7. Limitation of liability
Information is provided as is, without warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing or the quality of any product or service, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your dealings with a listed business. Verifying before you transact remains your responsibility.
8. Privacy
We store your email, account details, and the images you upload, and we use your location only when you request the Near Me feature. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
9. Intellectual property
The TakafolSouq name, logo, and site design belong to us. Images and text you upload remain yours, and you grant us a licence to display them within the directory.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Updates take effect from the date they are published on this page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Lebanese law, and Lebanese courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
